When ordering products the following details must be provided: model, color, size and sleeve, number of ordered units of product, full name and address of the customer (including zip code, telephone number and e-mail address).

Unit price is 60 USD or 45 EURO. Koala may change the price from time to time, at its own discretion.

Payment

Each user is instantly debited upon performing a purchase in the site. Products cannot be bought in installments.

Payment by credit card may be effected during ordering by PayPal. Cash payments must be sent by registered mail to KOALA , P.O.BOX 172, Hod Ha'Sharon 45101 Israel.

The customer will pay shipping fees per unit of product, in addition to the price of the product,

according to destination of shipment.

Supply of the products

The products will be sent by Koala according to the details supplied by customer during ordering, within 5 business days from full payment for products and shipping fees.

Guaranty of products

The products offered for sale are new products.

It is made clear that Koala bear no responsibility for the products and their quality. Koala is not responsible for any damage of any kind to any person, resulting or connected, directly or indirectly, to the site and / or the products and / or their use. Koala bears no responsibility for services of the site.

In any event, that Koala will not be able to perform its undertakings and / or deliver the products for whatever reason; the customer shall have no right versus Koala except canceling the order and reimbursement of the debited sum, if debited.

Return

Canceling an order
